I thought hey, I can remedy this, and went to the preset body types. The regular version of this mod only lets you have 9 max Sims in your household just so your game is more stabilebut you can always choose the experimental version of this Mod and have up to 24 Sims in your Household! Here are some faces I have made with this mod. Sims 4 sliders has the following sliding options available with it. Rather than just the chest, ALL of my sliders took a big can of this mod.
But in Sims 4 Custom mod you have to maintain a Sims 4 slider range, sometimes you have to increase slider range, it will work and helps.
